Hong Kong GOTTM Event: Water Guy, JC PLAN, and Cunye Yan, Founder of Beijing Love Journey, Discuss Deepening Cooperation

On 2026-11-3, the GOTTM Global Tourism Resources Fair was held in Hong Kong, China, at the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel. Group founder Shui Ge met with strategic partners JC PLAN (Japan) and Cunye Yan, founder of Beijing Ailvlu, at the booth to discuss deepening cooperation on the Miyou Guolv flagship store, one-day Japan tours, and visa sponsorship services.
On 2026/11/3, the GOTTM Global Tourism Resources Fair was held in Hong Kong, China, at the Grand Ballroom of the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel (Level 3). The group's founder, Shui Ge, attended the event in Hong Kong and exchanged with resource providers from destinations including Japan.
This year's trade fair, themed "Global Travel Hub: Quality for the World," brings together destination management companies, hotels, and transportation providers to facilitate face-to-face business meetings between tour operators and resource suppliers.
At the booth of JC PLAN (DMC Japan Connection), credentials and achievements took center stage: recognized as a Japan-licensed inbound tour operator, it received the Excellence Award in the "Inbound Travel" category at the 2026 Tour Grand Prix organized by the General Incorporated Association Japan Tour Operators' Association. The company holds JATA certification and Sakura Quality Certification, specializing in standard packages, customized tours, business trips, and MICE services.
In front of the booth, Group Founder Shui Ge met with Japanese JC PLAN and Cunye Yan, founder of Beijing Ailvlu. Having collaborated for years, this meeting in Hong Kong served as a checkpoint to review progress: what's working well and what needs improvement.
Focus on three concrete initiatives: deepen operations and optimize the product mix for the Miyou Guolv Flagship Store; make Japan one-day tours a more stable, high-demand product offering; and elevate the efficiency and process of Japan visa application services. None of these are new topics—the real challenge is sustaining deep execution.
For the group, visa processing is the first step in outbound services; destination reception capabilities determine the second. Miyou Visa holds designated submission agency credentials with consulates in Japan and South Korea. Securing a visa is just the beginning—once guests arrive, their ground transportation, accommodation, tour guide support, and itinerary pacing are equally critical to ensuring a relaxed and seamless journey.
Moving forward, the Group will embed the agreed direction into our products and processes to ensure a seamless transition from visa processing to on-site reception.
