Youth Volunteer Union Message: Zhong Yingrong delivers free e-commerce lectures and is appointed advisor to the Disability Entrepreneurship and Employment Training Base.

On 2020-5-5, the Party Branch and Youth League Branch of Huazhou Volunteer Association organized young Party members and league members to study General Secretary Xi Jinping's message. Concurrently, volunteer training sessions invited Zhong Yingrong, co-founder of Juyou and Taobao-certified intermediate instructor, to deliver a complimentary lecture sharing practical experience in tourism e-commerce; subsequently, the Disabled Entrepreneurship and Employment Training Base hired him as a volunteer advisor.
On 2020/5/5, the Party Branch and Youth League Branch of Huazhou City Volunteer Federation organized young party members and league members to study and deeply understand General Secretary Xi's message, continue to fight on the front lines against the epidemic, dedicate their youthful energy to poverty alleviation, and strive tirelessly for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
During the concurrent volunteer training session, the Volunteer Association invited Mr. Zhong Yingrong, an e-commerce expert, to deliver a complimentary lecture. According to the event description, he is the co-founder of Juyou and holds certifications as a Taobao Intermediate Instructor, a Mafengwo Certified Instructor, and a Pinduoduo Tourism Certified Instructor.
According to the event introduction, Zhong Yingrong is an operator of tourism e-commerce stores with monthly sales reaching tens of millions and annual revenue exceeding hundreds of millions. He has 8 years of experience in tourism e-commerce and 4 years of experience in tourism e-commerce training, and serves as an e-commerce consultant for KA merchants at multiple enterprises.
In class, he shared his years of experience in tourism e-commerce with students. The focus wasn't on concepts, but on practical execution: the steps to launch a store from scratch and the pitfalls to avoid. For students looking to boost their income with a new skill, this hands-on guidance was far more valuable than theory.
After the training, Huazhou City Disabled Persons' Entrepreneurship and Employment Training Base will appoint Teacher Zhong Yingrong as a volunteer advisor to sustain e-commerce instruction and provide long-term professional support for disabled entrepreneurs and job seekers.
During that period, the tourism industry was on hold. While business operations paused, people kept moving—volunteering through service organizations and teaching free training sessions, sharing corporate expertise with those in need.
From volunteer training at the Volunteer Association in 2020 year, 5 month, to volunteer training at the Shiwan Office later that same year in 9, followed by e-commerce public welfare classes for residents of Jinsha Community in 2024, and finally e-commerce training for community correction targets by the Huazhou City Justice Bureau in 2026 year, 10 month—this thread has never been broken. Over several years, across three types of classrooms, we've reached different people.
The Volunteer Association's classes target volunteers and learners with disabilities seeking entrepreneurship or employment, covering e-commerce fundamentals and hands-on practice. Community classes serve general residents, teaching how to start low-cost ventures without resources. Judicial Bureau classes are for community correction participants, integrating e-commerce skills with compliance requirements. While audiences and content differ, the approach remains consistent: minimize theory and maximize actionable steps learners can execute immediately.
This reflects the Group's philosophy on philanthropy: rather than seeking one-off excitement, we focus on doing something repeatedly and deeply. The core competency that a company excels at is often exactly what others need most—so we apply it to charitable work, empowering more people with reliable, lasting skills.
On 2020-5-5, the Party Branch and Youth League Branch of Huazhou Volunteer Federation organized young party members and league members to study the message, while conducting volunteer training simultaneously.
